The ruins of the village Cerro Blanco are located in the west of Los Loros. There are still large amounts of walls, foundations and a house (the former post office) and the church still exist.
The village was considerable in size, apart from the village centre with relatively well-built houses, there was a huge amount of more simple and modest constructions. The location of the village was not optimal, in a narrow ravine, surrounded by high hills. The access was always a problem, the small path between the Yerbas Buenas ravine and Cerro Blanco in the middle of the ravine did not last more than a season.

The morphology of the sector is quite dynamic, meaning that the village is located in a ravine, near the slopes of very high hills.
